5 tbsp olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chili flakes
3-4 tbsp pasta water
1 ½ tbsp fresh parsley
Tomato and Fennel Flavour
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 ¼ tsp fennel powder
1 cup tomato
¼ cup of water
½ tsp salt
1 tsp white vinegar
4-5 shrimps
2 tbsp pasta water
½ tsp pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil spaghetti in saltwater
2. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente
3. Drizzle olive oil and add thinly sliced garlic
4. Cook until slightly brown on low heat for 4-5 minutes
5. Add red chili flakes and reserved pasta water
6. Add spaghetti and fresh parsley
7. Garnish with parmesan cheese before serving
8. To prepare another type of pasta, drizzle olive oil into a pan
9. Add chopped onion, garlic, fennel powder, tomato, and water
10. Simmer for 8-10 minutes
11. Salt to taste
12. Add vinegar and shrimp
13. Add spaghetti and pasta water
14. Add pepper
15. Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil leaves before serving
