Pasta with Tomato Fennel Sauce

Here’s an easy delicious Pasta recipe with Tomatoes and Fennel.



3 tbsp olive oil

½ cup chopped onion

3 garlic cloves

1 ¼ tsp ground fennel

1 cup of tomato puree

¼ cup of water

½ tsp salt

1 tsp of white vinegar

4-5 shrimp pc

2 tbsp of pasta water


2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cups of water

Pack of spaghetti


Parmesan cheese

Basil leaves


1. Sauté chopped onions with 2 grated garlic until translucent

2. Stir in fennel, tomato puree, and water

3. Simmer for 8-10 minutes

4. Grate 1 garlic clove, add salt, and shrimp pieces

5. Cook pasta until al dente in a separate pot with boiling water, salt, and olive oil

6. Transfer the spaghetti to the saucepan and add pasta water

7. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves

8. Ready to Enjoy!
