Pasta with Tomato Fennel Sauce

Here’s an easy delicious pasta recipe with Tomatoes and Fennel.




Ingredients:

Sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

½ cup chopped onion

3 garlic cloves

1 ¼ tsp ground fennel

1 cup tomato puree

¼ cup water

½ tsp salt

1 tsp white vinegar

4-5 shrimp pc

2 tbsp pasta water

Pasta

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp olive olive

4 cups water

Pack of spaghetti

Garnish

Parmesan cheese

Basil leaves


Instructions:

1. Sauté chopped onions with 2 grated garlic until translucent

2. Stir in fennel, tomato puree, and water

3. Simmer for 8-10 minutes

4. Grate 1 garlic clove, add salt, and shrimp pieces

5. Cook pasta until al dente in a separate pot with boiling water, salt, and olive oil

6. transfer the spaghetti to the saucepan and add pasta water

7. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves

8. Ready to Enjoy!
