Mini Singara

Make your evenings easier and more appetizing with these Mini Singaras beside your cha!


Singara Wrap

1 cup ap flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp kalijira

2 tbsp cooking oil

100 ml of water

Potato Filling

3 tbsp cooking oil

¼ cup onion

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

2 medium potato

¼ tsp red chili

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp salt

½ cup of water

½ tsp garam masala

1 green chili

2 tbsp fresh coriander

½ tsp fennel


1. Prepare the dough by mixing ap flour, salt, kalijira, cooking oil, and water

2. Knead then rest the dough for 15 minutes

3. In a pan, stir in onion, ginger, and diced potato in cooking oil

4. Add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, salt, and a splash of water

5. Sauté for 1-2 minutes

6. Pour in water and cover with lid to cook until soft

7. Add garam masala, green chili, fresh coriander, and fennel

8. Stir well one last time and set aside to cool

9. Cut dough into 10 small pieces and create 20 wraps

10. Fill the wrap with the potato filling

11. Deep fry until light golden brown

12. Ready to Enjoy!
