Delicious Chicken Resha Kabab Recipe


1 lb. boneless chicken

¾ tsp salt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp red chili

½ tsp garam masala

1 tsp mustard oil

2 small boiled potatoes

½ cup red onion

3 tbsp fresh coriander

1 ½ tbsp fresh mint

2-3 green chilies

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garam masala

1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

½ tsp pepper

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 egg


1. Marinate the chicken pieces in salt, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili, garam masala and mustard oil

2. Cook on stovetop for 12-15 minutes with lid on

3. Remove from heat and shred the chicken pieces

4. Mix in boiled potatoes, fresh coriander, chopped onion, fresh mint, green chilies, salt, garam masala, roasted cumin seeds, pepper, breadcrumbs and egg

5. Create round shaped kabab and coat in egg wash then fry until light golden brown

6. Ready to Enjoy!
