Comillar Mini Rasmalai

Make these famous, lusciously creamy Mini Rashmalai sweets right at home to meet your sugar cravings right away!


4 cups of milk

¼ cup vinegar + ¼ cup water

2 ½ liter milk

½ tsp ap flour

5 cups of water

1 ½ cups sugar for syrup

½ cup sugar for reduced milk


1. Bring milk to a boil

2. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes

3. Add vinegar-water mixture to separate the milk cheese

4. Strain and wash the milk cheese using a cheesecloth

5. Squeeze out excess water and hang for 45 minutes

6. In a separate pot, reduce milk to 3 cups

7. In the meantime, gently knead the milk cheese with ap flour for 5 minutes

8. Prepare small pieces of rasmalai shapes and set aside

9. Prepare the syrup by boiling water with sugar

10. Drop in the milk cheese pieces into the syrup and cook for 5 minutes on high heat with a lid on

11. Cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat

12. Add sugar to the reduced milk

13. Strain out the milk cheese and transfer it to the reduced milk pot

14. Ready to Enjoy!
