Worlds Best Meat Curry Recipe inspired by Mezban


Here's what you'll need!


Red meat 1.5 kg

Diced onion 1 cup

Cinnamon 3 small sticks

Cardamom 4 pcs

Red chili 5 pcs

Bay leaves 3

Nut paste 2 tbsp

Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp

Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Poppy seeds paste 1 tsp

Mustard paste 1 tsp

White pepper 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Mace powder 1/4 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Cooking oil 1 cup

Green chili optional

Ghee 1 tbsp





Directions:


1. In a heavy bottom pan add all the ingredients (not including ghee and green chili) and mix well.


2. Once all the ingredients mix well with the meat turn on the heat. And cook over med low heat for 50-60 min. (stir occasionally to prevent meat and spices from sticking to the pan)


3. After an hour and 1/4 cup of water if needed (for gravy), add green chili and 1 tablespoon of ghee or butteroil.


5. Cover and cook for another 5 min at low heat.


6. Enjoy!
