Turkish Gozleme

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - this Turkish Gozleme is an absolute delight to the appetite!


3 cups ap flour

1 tsp salt

½ cup warm milk

1 cup of warm water

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 small chopped onion

1 tsp chili flakes

4 cups chopped spinach

½ tsp pepper

130-gm feta cheese


1. Prepare the dough by mixing ap flour with salt, warm milk, and water

2. Knead for 5-6 minutes until the dough is soft

3. Rest the dough for 15 minutes

4. Drizzle cooking oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft

5. Add spinach, chili flakes, and pepper

6. Remove from heat and let the spinach cool

7. Add crumbled feta cheese to the spinach and mix

8. Cut dough into 6 pieces

9. Thinly roll out each dough pieces

10. Coat the sheet in an oil and place the filling in the center

11. Fold and seal into a large square shape

12. Transfer to a pan with a bit of cooking oil

13. Cook until crispy light golden brown

14. Cut into bite sizes before serving

15. Ready to Enjoy!
