The Easiest Chicken Curry And Tomato Tok

This mouth-watering Chicken Curry and Tomato Tok can't get easier to make and can't get tastier to eat!


Chicken Curry

4 tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

5 cardamom

3 bay leaves

2 cinnamon sticks

6 cloves

1 ½ kg chicken

1 cup thinly sliced onion

4 cloves garlic paste

Tbsp ginger paste

1 tsp red chili

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 cup of water

1 tsp garam masala

4-5 green chili

Tomato Tok

4-5 chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp sliced red onion

1 tsp salt

½ tsp turmeric

¼ coriander powder

4 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp oil

2 ½ cups water

1 clove garlic

3-4 green chili

2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander


1. Drizzle oil, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves, chicken and give it a stir

2. Add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili, coriander, turmeric then sauté for 10 minutes on high heat

3. Add salt, water and cook for 30 minutes with the lid on while stirring occasionally

4. Prepare tomato tok by adding chopped tomatoes into a pot, along with sliced red onion, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, lime juice, oil, water and cook for 6 minutes with the lid on

5. Remove lid, add chopped garlic, green chili, fresh coriander then cook for another 6 minutes

6. Ready to Enjoy!
