The Best Shrimp Masala Fry




Serving Size: 3-4


Ingredients:

Cooking

4 Tbsp Cooking Oil

1 Pc Onion

3 Tbsp Onion Paste

1 Tsp Garlic Paste

1 Tsp Salt

1 Pc Bay Leaf

1 Tsp Turmeric

1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

1 Tsp Coriander Powder

1 Cup Coconut Powder

2 Cup Fresh Shrimp

½ Cup Water

½ Tsp Roasted Cumin

Garnish

4-5 Pc Green Chili

2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander







Instructions:

1. In a frying pan, add cooking oil, sliced onion, onion paste, garlic paste, salt, bay leaf, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and add a few splashes of water as you sauté for 4 minutes to prevent any burning of spices

2. Add coconut powder along with a splash of water as you sauté for another 3 minutes

3. Add shrimp, roasted cumin, water and stir for about 5 more minutes until shrimp is tender

4. Ready to Enjoy!
