1 cup ground mutton (keema)
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ginger
Boil the eggs and keep it aside.
In a bowl, add ground mutton, chilli flakes, garam masala, ginger and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients well.
Take small amounts of kabab mixture, flattened into your palm. Cover the egg fully with kabab mixture on all sides. Make sure the coating is equal on all sides. Similarly, coat all eggs with kabab mixture.
Coat the kababs with egg wash, followed by white flour and bread crumbs. Repeat same process for all kababs.
Keep it aside for 30 mins.
Deep fry the eggs in medium high heat oil. Cook all sides equally and it's golden brown.
