How to Make Garlic Bread

Make this easy, cheesy, and flavorsome Garlic Bread at your next high-tea and make your guests go crazy over it.



Ingredients:

¼ cup of warm water

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp active dry yeast

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¾ tsp oregano

1 clove chopped garlic

2 tsp powdered milk optional

4 tbsp butter

2 cloves chopped garlic

1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ tsp red chili flakes





Instructions:

1. In a cup allow the active dry yeast to rest with sugar and warm water

2. In a separate bowl, add ap flour, salt, oregano, chopped garlic, milk powder, and pour in the active yeast mixture

3. Gently mix using your hand while gradually adding water as needed

4. Allow dough to rest and rise for 1 hour

5. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin into a large oval shape and size

6. In a small cup mix butter with coriander and garlic

7. Generously spread the butter mixture over the dough using a brush

8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese

9. Fold the dough in half and brush the top with the remaining butter mixture

10. Create gentle slits with a 1-inch gap in-between

11. Sprinkle red chili flakes

12. Bake at 350 ºF for 15 minutes

13. Best served warm with a side of your favorite soup

14. Ready to Enjoy!
