How to Make Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Marinade

14-16 chicken wings

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Kashmir red chili powder

Dry Mix

¼ cup of cornflour

½ cup ap flour

½ tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tsp Kashmir red chili powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup water + 2 tbsp


1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp schezwan sauce

1 tsp soy sauce


1 tbsp green onions


1. Take wing pieces and push the meat upward

2. Mix the pieces with salt, pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, and Kashmir red chili powder

3. Saran wrap and marinate for 15 minutes

4. In a bowl, add cornflour, ap flour, garlic powder, Kashmir red chili powder, salt, and water

5. Mix well and coat the chicken pieces then fry in oil until golden brown for 8-10 minutes

6. Add cooking oil in a separate pan and add chopped garlic, ketchup, schezwan sauce, and soy sauce

7. Toss back the chicken pieces and mix well

8. Garnish with green onions

9. Ready to Enjoy!
