Egg 65




Ingredients:

6 boiled eggs

½ tsp red chili

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp chopped garlic

¼ tsp chopped ginger

1 tbsp curry leaves

1 chopped green chili

4 tbsp ap flour

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 egg white

½ tsp garam masala

Sauce

2 garlic cloves chopped

3 dry red chili pieces

8-10 curry leaves

3 tbsp ketchup

1 chopped green chili

1 tbsp chopped coriander



Instructions:

1. Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs

2. Cut the whites and transfer to a bowl

3. Mix the chopped boiled white eggs with red chili, salt, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chili, ap flour, breadcrumbs, and raw egg white

4. Add garam masala and give it one last mix

5. Create small spherical shapes and deep fry until light golden brown

6. In a separate pan, drizzle a bit of cooking oil and add chopped garlic, red chili, curry leaves, and ketchup

7. Stir for 2-3 minutes then add the deep-fried eggs

8. Garnish with fresh green chili and chopped coriander

9. Ready to Enjoy!
