Easy One Pot Paella

An easy delectable One-Pot Paella recipe that includes layers of shrimp, chicken, rice, and aromatics that give out tender textures and rich flavors. You're bound to fall in love with this Spanish dish and we are sure of it!


9 shrimp pieces

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

450-gram chicken pieces

2 bay leaves

1 cup snap peas

1 cup green beans

3 chopped garlic cloves

¼ cup chopped onion

1 chopped red bell pepper

1 tsp red chili

2 tbsp tomato puree

2 cups chicken stock

1 ½ cup water

¼ tsp saffron

2 cups of rice

1 strand of rosemary


1. Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper

2. Stir fry until pink

3. Transfer out the shrimps and add chicken pieces

4. Add bay leaves, salt and fry for 12 minutes

5. Transfer out the chicken pieces

6. Stir fry snap peas and green beans until brown

7. Add minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, and diced onion

8. Stir in red chili, tomato puree, and the fried chicken pieces

9. Pour chicken stock, water, salt to taste, saffron, and rice

10. Cook on medium heat

11. Place shrimp and rosemary or parsley on top

12. Cover with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat

13. Ready to Enjoy!
