Ingredients:
Marinate
6-8 Pcs Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Mint
3 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
2 Pcs Green Chili Paste
1 Tsp Cashew Paste
½ Cup Fried Onion
½ Tsp Peppercorn
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala
2-3 Tbsp Cream
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix chicken, ginger, garlic, coriander, mint, yogurt, green chili paste, cashew paste, fried onion, peppercorn, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt to taste, and cream then set aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes
