Aloo Puri

This Aloo Puri has all of the flavor and none of the fuss 😋


2 russet potatoes

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp red chili powder

¼ turmeric

1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

2 tbsp water


1. Boil potatoes and mash

2. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and fresh chopper coriander to the mashed potatoes and gradually add water as you mix using your hand

3. Pat some oil on to the dough and let it rest after creating small spheres that are 1.5 inches in diameter

4. Roll out the dough balls using a rolling pin to a round shape with a 3-4inch diameter

5. Deep fry until golden light brown and serve while hot

6. Ready to Enjoy!
