Bread Pudding is an amazing dessert with an incredibly soft texture inside and a crispy top outside. Try it at home and you'll be delighted!
Ingredients:
Bread Pudding I
1-lb bread
4 eggs
½ cup of sugar
2 cup milk
1 cup cream
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup raisin
Bread Pudding II
½ cup of sugar
2 tbsp water
3 bread slices
1.5 cups milk
¼ cup condensed milk
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Dice the bread loaf and place in a baking glassware
2. Whisk in eggs and sugar in a bowl
3. Pour in milk and cream as you continue to whisk
4. Grate nutmeg and add vanilla extract
5. Mix well and pour it over the bread in the baking glassware
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 °F/ 175 °C
7. Remove from heat and let it cool
8. Garnish with icing sugar, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving
9. For the second bread pudding, prepare caramel by boiling sugar with water
10. Transfer the caramel sauce to a baking glassware
11. Trim off the edges of the bread slices and put the whites into a food processor
12. Using a pot, pour milk and condensed milk
13. Bring to a boil then remove from heat to set aside to cool
14. Once cool, pour whisked eggs, vanilla extract, and shredded bread
15. Pour the bread pudding mixture into the caramel baking glassware
16. Steam for 25-30 minutes
17. Flip the pudding before serving
18. Ready to Enjoy!
