Ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 green chilies
½ tsp roasted cumin
½ tsp red chili
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp garam masala
1 cup boiled potato
3 tbsp fresh coriander
5 boiled eggs
½ tsp black pepper
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 ½ tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Drizzle cooking oil and sauté sliced onion
2. Stir in garlic and ginger paste
3. Add green chilies, roasted cumin, red chili, coriander and garam masala
4. Add crumbled boiled potatoes
5. Remove pan from heat and shred boiled eggs
6. Mix in breadcrumbs and create oval shapes
7. Coat in egg wash and breadcrumbs
8. Fry in oil until golden brown then set aside
9. In bowl, mix in cornflour with milk and whisk in eggs
10. Drizzle the mixture in oil and fry
11. Wrap the fried dim kabiraji and fry until golden brown
12. Ready to Enjoy!
