Two Easy Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

Bread Pizza Pockets

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp chopped onion

¼ cup chopped carrot

3 tbsp corn

3 tbsp bell pepper

3 tbsp tomato sauce

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp oregano

½ tsp chili flakes

1 bread slice

1 tbsp mozzarella

Bread Pizza

1 bread slice

1 tbsp tomato sauce

6 olives

1 tbsp mozzarella

¼ tsp chili flakes

Instructions for bread pizza pockets:

1. In a pan, drizzle cooking oil and add chopped garlic along with onion, carrot, corn, and bell pepper

2. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, chili flakes, and salt to taste

3. Take a slice of bread and cut out the edges then flatten the bread using a rolling pin

4. Place vegetables with tomato base on one side of the bread and add mozzarella cheese

5. Brush water on the edges and seal the bread and deep fry until golden brown on medium heat

6. Ready to Enjoy!

1. Take a slice of bread and spread tomato sauce

2. Spread vegetable with a tomato base

3. Add olives, mozzarella cheese, and chili flakes

4. Transfer the bread pizza to a stove-top pan and cover with a lid
