The Tastiest Salmon Recipe Anyone Can Make

Quick and simple salmon recipe packed with flavour


6-7 salmon pieces

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp ghee

½ cup onion

2 large garlic cloves

1 bay leave

½ tsp red chili

2 ½ tbsp tamarind

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

¼ cup + 2 tbsp water

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp fresh coriander


1. Marinate salmon with salt for 15 minutes or more

2. In a large pan, add ghee, finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, and a bay leaf

3. Saute the onions until soft

4. Add a pinch of salt to taste

5. Add red chili and sauté for another 4 minutes

6. Pour a splash of water as needed

7. Add tamarind, dark soy sauce, water, and honey

8. Remove the bay leaf and add sugar

9. Place the salmon pieces and cook for 3 minutes

10. Broil for 2 minutes

11. Garnish with fresh coriander

12. Ready to enjoy!
