Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp cooking oil, plus more for pan
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
Garlic paste from 3 large cloves
1 tbsp paprika
1¼ tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Wooden skewers
Instructions:
Begin by slicing the 2 chicken breasts as shown in the video.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooking oil, lime juice, salt, white pepper powder, garlic paste, paprika, yellow mustard, and plain yogurt. Mix well.
Add the sliced chicken to the mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes. For enhanced flavor, you can refrigerate and marinate longer.
While the chicken is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Once marinated, thread the chicken slices onto the soaked skewers, ensuring even distribution.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat and add a bit of cooking oil.
Place the skewers onto the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, rotating occasionally for even cooking.
After 10 minutes, increase the heat to high to achieve char marks on the chicken kababs. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve your delicious chicken skewers with garlic sauce and a fresh salad on the side.
Happy cooking from Banglar Rannaghor! Enjoy!
