Simple Egg Curry

Easy and mouth-watering Egg Curry anyone can make, that will perfectly complement your rainy-day meal!



4 eggs

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander


¼ cup sliced onion

1 medium chopped tomato

½ tsp salt to taste

1 tsp ground coriander

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp red chili powder

½ cup of water

3-4 green chili

1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

½ tsp ground roasted cumin


1. Whisk eggs with salt and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl

2. Cook in three batches and fold like an omelet, then cut into squares

3. Should make approx 9-10 pieces in total

4. Remove egg and set aside

5. Sauté sliced onion and tomatoes

6. Add salt to taste, ground coriander, turmeric, red chili, and a splash of water

7. Sauté for 5-6 minutes on medium-high heat and pour water

8. Transfer egg to the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes

9. Garnish with green chili, coriander leaves, and ground roasted cumin

10. Ready to Enjoy!
