Kolkata Style Egg Roll


1 cup ap flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cooking oil

½ cup water

2 green chilies

2 cucumber

1 red onion

¾ tsp sumac

2 eggs

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp turmeric


1. Knead a soft dough by mixing ap flour with salt, cooking oil and water

2. Coat dough in cooking oil and rest for 15 minutes

3. Cut up green chilies, cucumber and red onion

4. Gently press and mix sumac with red onion

5. Roll out dough and cook on pan until light golden brown

6. Mix egg with salt and turmeric and fry on pan then place on the paratha

7. Add sumac onion, cucumber, green chilies, chat masala, ketchup, lime juice in the center and roll

8. Ready to enjoy!
