1/2 cup suji 1/4 cup white flour 5 tbsp normal water temperature
Tamarind mix 1/2 cup tamarind pulp 2 cup water 1 tsp roasted red chilli powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp sugar ( 5 tsp sugar) 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp black salt (bit lobon) 1 tsp red chilli powder
Finely chopped onion Finely chopped green chilli Red Chilli powder Chaat masala Boiled potato Roasted cumin powder Coriander Crushed fuchka
Add suji and white flour in a bowl and mix it while adding water in small amounts. Knead it into a dough. Cover the dough with a wet towel and leave it aside for 15 mins.
In a separate bowl, add the ingredients for tamarind mix - add tamarind pulp, water, black pepper, roasted red chilli powder, sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.
Knead the dough and cut them into small balls. Roll them into small disks. Deep fry them in hot oil.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients to make fuchka mix.
