Easy Milk Pudding

Need a sweet treat that's easy to make? These simple desserts do just the trick.


70-gm unsalted butter

½ cup ap flour

2 ½ cups milk

½ cup sugar

1 tsp rose water

½ cup water

1 tbsp corn flour

½ cup sugar


1. Melt butter in pan then stir in ap flour

2. Fry for 3 minutes on medium heat

3. Pour milk and sugar

4. Mix well

5. Cook for 6-7 minutes

6. Add rose water and a pinch of salt

7. Transfer pudding to a baking glassware

8. Caramelize sugar in a pot

9. Pour water and cornstarch slurry as you stir the caramel

10. Pour the caramel over the pudding

11. Ready to enjoy!
