Chicken Rice Ball Recipe


Chicken 200 gm

Onion chopped 2 tbsp

Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Black pepper 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Soaked rice


1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and make small balls.

2. Spread the soaked rice onto a flat surface and roll the balls of chicken to coat with rice.

3. Boil water in a pot or the bottom half of a steamer. Place the rice balls on top of the steaming basket cover, and steam over a rolling boil for about 20-30 minutes.

4. Enjoy!



The very concept of this is INCREDIBLE ! Uncooked rice that produces the results of a snowflake or explosion ! Then steaming them to cook the chicken inside so that the outter spikes are not disturbed ! WOW ! I am thinking of a light dipping sauce that does not compete with the spices of the chicken? Maybe a thin lemon , lime or orange vinaigrette or a champagne vinaigrette (yes there is a ready made bottled brand) or even a light butter dip? With or without a dipping sauce these are wedding quality appetizers !!! 😛🤗🥳 Thank you so much ! 💐
