Basa fillet 2 pcs

Ginger 1 tsp

Garlic 3 cloves

Salt to taste

Green chilli 2 pcs

Onions 1/2 cup

Tomato chopped 1 cup

Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Wash and pat the basa fillets dry with paper towel, then sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and lime juice on both sides. Marinate them well on both sides and cut into medium sizes and keep aside.

Heat some oil in a cast iron pan, add onions, garlic and ginger and saute well until the onions are translucent. Add green chilli and tomatoes and stir everything together to form a thick tomato sauce. Add fish fillets and coriander leaves and let it cook at medium heat for couple minutes. Bake in the oven at 375° for 15-20 mins until the fish is flaky.
