Asparagus Sabji

We have tried to make Loti Chingri with Asparagus. If you have never tried it, you're in for a real treat!


Ingredients:

300-gram asparagus

3 tbsp cooking oil

3 sliced garlic cloves

¼ cup sliced onion

3 green chilies

½ tsp turmeric

¼ cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp water

¾ tsp salt

7-8 fresh shrimps



Instructions:

1. Trim the asparagus bottom part and cut stalks into 1-2-inch sized pieces

2. Sauté sliced garlic and onion in cooking oil until light brown

3. Stir in sliced green chilies, turmeric, desiccated coconut, and water

4. Mix well before adding in the asparagus

5. Continuously stir as you add salt and fresh shrimp

6. Cook until shrimp is tender

7. Ready to Enjoy!
