Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe



Ingredients

Egg 2

Garlic sliced 1 tbsp

Ginger 1 tsp

Onion 1/4 cup

Carrot 1/4 cup

Green peas 1/4 cup

Broccoli 1/4 cup

Red bell pepper 1/4 cup

Green chilli 3 pcs

Salt to taste 1 tsp

Rice vinegar 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1 tsp

Boiled White basmati rice 1 cup

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1/2 tsp


Directions

Heat oil in a large wok, beat eggs with salt and fry it, break the eggs in small pieces. Remove from pan and keep aside.

Add 2 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all chopped vegetables, carrots, red bell pepper, green peas, green chilli, broccoli. Add salt to taste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sauté all vegetables for 5 minutes until all cooked, stirring occasionally. Add boiled rice and mix all vegetables together, cook for another couple minutes. Lastly add sugar, black pepper and cooked egg, mixing everything together.

Best served hot with fried food!
