The Best Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe



4 ½ tbsp breadcrumbs

3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp mustard

1 egg

500 gm ground meat

3 tbsp onion

1 tsp garlic

¾ tsp pepper

¼ tsp all spice

¾ tsp salt


2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp onion

3 cloves

2 bay leaves

1 can crushed tomatoes

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tbsp white vinegar

¼ cup water

1 lb. spaghetti


1. Mix breadcrumbs with milk, mustard, egg, ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, pepper, all spice, and salt to taste

2. Fry meatballs for 7-8 minutes until brown on all sides on medium heat

3. Set the meatballs aside

4. Add butter to a pan along with onion, cloves, bay leaves, and can of crushed tomatoes

5. Salt to taste

6. Add pepper, vinegar, and water

7. Bring sauce to a boil and add a pinch of sugar

8. Add the meatballs into the sauce

9. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat with lid on

10. Mix spaghetti

11. Garnish with cheese and fresh herbs

12. Ready to enjoy!
