Tender and Juicy Chicken Malai Boti

Perfect recipe to enjoy skewers of chicken malai boti


550 gm chicken breast

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

1 tsp lime juice

1 egg

½ cup cheddar cheese

2 tbsp powdered milk

2 tbsp plain yogurt

2 ½ tbsp fresh coriander

2 green chilies

1 tbsp corn starch

3 tbsp milk

½ cup plain yogurt

¼ tsp roasted cumin

1 green chili

¼ tsp fennel seeds

3 tbsp sliced cucumber


1. Cut chicken breast into cubes

2. Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes with the following ingredients, salt, lime juice, garlic and ginger paste

3. Blend cheddar cheese, powdered milk, and plain yogurt

4. Mix in fresh coriander, chopped green chilies, and corn starch

5. Mix well with the chicken boti and let it marinate for 1 hour

6. Use soaked skewer sticks for the chicken boti

7. Grill the chicken skewers until fully cooked

8. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing milk, yogurt, roasted cumin, green chili, fennel seeds and cucumber

9. Ready to enjoy!
