This is a perfect recipe to add to your weekly meal prepping list
Ingredients:
Chicken
500 gm chicken breast
1 tbsp mustard oil
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp turmeric
1 ½ tsp red chili
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
¾ tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp yogurt
Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Cut chicken breast into bite-size cubes
2. Coat chicken pieces in mustard oil, salt, turmeric, red chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, pepper, and lemon juice
3. Mix in plain yogurt and a pinch of red colour is optional
4. Fry the chicken pieces for 7 to 8 minutes on medium heat
5. Directly cook the chicken over the flame for 2 minutes
6. Prepare sauce by mixing mayonnaise with dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic clove, and cooking oil
7. Ready to enjoy!
