Masala Flank Steak Chaap with Luchi Recipe



1 Ib flank steaks

4 tbsp plain yogurt

2 tbsp gram flour

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp nutmeg powder

2 tsp black pepper

½ tsp msg

½ tsp chili flakes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp green chili paste

1 tsp mustard paste

1 tsp garlic paste

½ tsp ginger paste

1 tbsp mustard oil

2 tbsp vinegar


1.5 cups ap flour

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tbsp ghee

½ cup water


1. Pound to tenderize steak

2. Mix plain yogurt, gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, nutmeg powder, black pepper, msg, chili flakes, salt to taste, green chili paste, mustard paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, mustard oil and vinegar

3. Marinate steak for 2 to 8 hours

4. Pan fry to your liking

5. Prepare luchi by mixing ap flour, salt, ghee and gradually pour water

6. Rest dough for 10 minutes

7. Roll out dough and deep fry until fluffy and light brown in colour

8. Ready to Enjoy!
