Fish Dinner Ready in 15 Minutes

Simple seafood recipes to follow for your weekly menu at home.


2 salmon fillets

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

2 garlic cloves

3 cups cooked rice

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 nori sheet

1/3 cucumber


1. Coat the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste

2. Fry the fish in cooking oil on a pan along with garlic cloves

3. Cook the salmon for 6-8 minutes

4. Remove the salmon from heat

5. Shred the salmon fillets

6. Mix the shredded salmon with cooked rice

7. Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce

8. Mix well before spreading it across the roasted nori sheet

9. Place thinly sliced cucumber on top and roll

10. Cut the roll into 1-inch pieces and serve with soy sauce

11. Ready to enjoy!


1 sea bass

2 garlic cloves

½ lime juice

½ tsp red chili

2 tbsp rice flour


1. Coat sea bass with salt, minced garlic, lime juice, red chili and rice flour

2. Fry until skin is slightly golden brown

3. Serve with a bowl of rice

4. Ready to enjoy!
