Eggplant Fry

These crunchy eggplant fries are the perfect starters



1 medium eggplant

1/3 cup ap flour

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 cup panko

½ tsp coriander

¼ tsp salt

1 egg

Dipping Sauce

2 ½ tbsp mayonnaise

½ tsp garlic paste

½ tsp lime juice


1. Take a medium-sized eggplant and cut it into a cheese stick shape

2. Set up three plates with ap flour, egg, and panko

3. Add salt to the ap flour plate

4. Add coriander and salt to the panko plate

5. Dip the eggplants in ap flour then egg and lastly, the panko

6. Deep fry the eggplants until golden brown in colour

7. Prepare dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise with garlic and lime juice

8. Ready to enjoy!
