Easy Way To Cook Red Meat Curry

This dish is always admired, respected and passed down through generations.

Here is what you'll need!

Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Red meat 2 kg

Bay leaves 2

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Raw cumin 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Dry red chili 3 pcs

Salt to taste

Slice onion 1/2 cup

Chopped tomato 1 cup

Potato 3 medium

Hot Water 3 cups

For Garnish:

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

Green chili 4-5 pcs


1. Heat a pan with oil and add all the spices , beef and Saute for 10 min (over high heat). After that cover and cook for another 10 min (stir occasionally)

2. Add tomato and cook the beef for another 10 min.

3. On a separate non stick man fry the potatoes and bring them to the beef .

4. Add 3 cups of water and cook for 15 min (med heat)

5. Garnish with garam masala, roasted cumin powder and green chili

6. Enjoy!
