Easy Keski Macher Paturi

Tasty mach wrapped in gourd leaf


2 tbsp mustard oil

1 medium onion

2 green chilies

1 tsp red chili

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp coriander

¾ tsp salt

¼ cup coconut

250 gm keski fish

1 tbsp mustard oil

3 tbsp fresh coriander

6 gourd leaf


1. Mix thinly sliced onion with mustard oil, green chilies, red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt, and coconut

2. Gently mix in the keski fish, fresh coriander, and mustard oil

3. Wrap the keski fish with lou pata

4. Tie it with a string

5. Place in pan and cook for 4 minutes on low heat with lid on

6. Flip sides and cook for another 3 minutes

7. Ready to enjoy!
