Crispy Noodle Chicken Salad

Fresh and crispy noodle chicken salad



1 noodle pack

1 lettuce

1 carrot

1 cup shredded chicken

1 tsp lime juice

½ tsp pepper


1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp honey

¾ tsp ginger


1. Cook a pack of noodles in a water

2. Strain out the water then transfer the noodles to a pan with cooking oil

3. Gently fry the noodles until crispy on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side

4. Set the crispy noodles aside

5. Chop a whole stalk of lettuce

6. Transfer the lettuce pieces to a large clear bowl

7. Add a whole shredded carrot and a cup of shredded chicken

8. Prepare dressing by mixing sesame oil with white vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger

9. Stir the dressing and drizzle it over the salad base

10. Squeeze a teaspoon of lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste

11. Mix well before serving

12. Ready to enjoy!
