Chicken Korma

Ingredients

Oil 1/2 cup

Shah jeera 1/2 tsp

Cloves 5 pcs

Cardamom 5pcs

Cinnamon stick 2 pcs

Mace 2 pcs

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Yogurt mix ( yogurt + sugar) 1/2 cup

Onion fine chopped 1 cup

Green chilli 8-10 pcs

Salt to taste

Ginger 1 tsp

Garlic 1 tsp

Full cream 1 cup

Ghee 1 tsp

Preparation

In a bowl, marinate chicken with salt and lime juice. Rest chicken for 5 minutes.

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add shah jeera, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, mace, onion, ginger and garlic. Add yogurt mix ( 1/2 cup yogurt + 1 tsp sugar). Add chicken and mix all ingredients well. Sauté for 10-15 minutes at high heat.

Add green chilli, salt and cook for another 10 minutes under closed lid. Add full cream, ghee and onion beresta. Total cook time 35-40 minutes.

Serve hot!
