Chapli Kabab - It may sound fancy, but this recipe only takes 15 minutes to prepare using basic ingredients.
Beef, minced 1 lb
Roasted Coriander powder, 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder, 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli pepper, crushed 1 tsp
Garlic chopped, 1 tsp
Ginger chopped, 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 4 pcs
Toasted chickpea flour, 2 tbsp
Spring onion, 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves, 1/4 cup
Mint leaves, 2 tbsp
Tomato, cubed 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

In a large mixing bowl, add minced red meat and all the dry spices; crushed red chilli pepper, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, garam masala, toasted chickpea flour.
Add in the remaining ingredients, chopped green chilli, chopped spring onions, chopped garlic and ginger, chopped coriander and mint leaves and cubed tomato.
Add salt to taste
Prepare scrambled eggs on a frying pan and add it to the mix.
Beat one egg separately, add it to the kabab mixture
Mix everything well
Make kabab patties with the meat mixture and keep aside.
Heat a fry-pan/grill and add oil and place the kabab patties on the pan/grill. Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
Serve with chutney, salad and paratha, or you can even have it on it's own!
