    Spinach Fritters - Shak Bora

    Ingredients: Spinach - 1 bunch Green chilli- 2 pcs Chickpea Flour - 1/2 cup Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Baking Soda - 1 pinch Onion - 1/2 cup Water - 1/2 cup Direction: 1) Mix in Chickpea Flour (Besan) , Red Chilli Powder, Salt , Onion, Green Chilli, Baking Soda in a bowl. Pour 1.5 cup of water required and mix it well. ( Don't make it too watery, add the water as required.) 3) Fry them in medium heat pan. 4) Serve warm. #spinach #veggie #BanglarRa

    Ingredients: Cauliflower (cut into florets) - 1 Flour 1 cup Chickpea Flour 1 cup Red Chilli Powder 1.5 tbsp Salt to taste Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Direction: 1) Mix in flour, Chickpea Flour (Besan) , Red Chilli Powder, Salt , Ginger and Garlic in a bowl. Pour 1.5 cup of water required and whisk the batter to a smooth consistency. ( Don't make it too watery, add the water as required.) 3) Blanch the cauliflower in hot water for at least 2 m

    Ingredients Whole Milk powder 1 cup Baking powder 1 tsp Semolina 3 tbsp White flour 2 tbsp Ghee 1 tbsp Channa/Ricotta cheese 1 cup Bread 1 pc Sugar syrup Sugar 2 cups Water 3 cups Cardamom 3-4 pcs Directions In a skillet, add 4 cups of water, 3 cups of sugar and 3-4 pcs of cardamoms. Bring the syrup to a boil and turn off heat, keep it aside. Mix white flour, milk powder, semolina, baking powder, ghee in a plate. Mix all ingredients together uniformly. Soak 1 bread in 1/4 cup
