The Best Chingri Macher Bora

Here's what you want to eat for dinner right now

Ingredients:

200-gm shrimp

¼ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp salt

2 ½ tbsp cooking oil

¾ cup sliced onion

1 bay leaf

¾ tsp

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp red chili

¾ tsp roasted cumin

1 cup coconut milk

½ cup water

2 green chilies

1 tbsp fresh coriander

Instructions:

1. Blend the shrimp pieces

2. Mix in salt and turmeric

3. Drizzle cooking oil in pot and add sliced onion, bay leaf, salt to taste and a splash of water

4. Add turmeric, red chili and roasted cumin

5. Saute for 6-7 minutes on medium heat

6. Splash of water

7. Pour coconut milk and water

8. Drop in shrimp balls

9. Cook for 4-6 minutes with the lid on

10. Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander

11. Ready to enjoy!
