The Perfect Seekh Kabab


¼ cup onion

500 gm minced meat

½ tsp garlic paste

½ tsp ginger paste

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp roasted cumin

1 tsp coriander

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp red chili powder

1 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ghee

2 long pepper


1. Mix ground meat with grated onion

2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, pepper, roasted cumin, coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, and ghee

3. Mix in crushed long pepper

4. Refrigerate the meat for 1 hour

5. Place meat on skewer

6. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes using a cast iron

7. Alternative method for cooking is using a non-stick aluminum or still pan

8. Ready to enjoy!
