How To Make Perfect Soft Luchi Recipe

I remember having this when I was a kid. So happy to have come across the recipe again. It tastes just like I remembered


2 cups ap flour

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm water

1 tbsp cooking oil


1. Mix ap flour with salt and warm water

2. Knead a soft dough

3. Rest the dough for 15 minutes

4. Cut dough into 8 pieces and roll into small round balls

5. Roll out the dough

6. Deep fry in very hot oil for 25 to 35 seconds

7. Ready to enjoy!
