It's a simple recipe and is prefect alongside any curry , sabji or dal!

Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
1.5 cups water
1 egg white
Instructions:
1. Mix rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, water and egg white until liquid consistency
2. Transfer into a water bottle and create three holes on the cap using a pin
3. Gently squeeze out the batter creating lace pattern
4. Cook on low heat for about 1 minute then fold in twice and remove from heat
5. Ready to Enjoy!
