Ingredients:
Cauliflower (cut into florets) - 1
Flour 1 cup
Chickpea Flour 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Direction:
1) Mix in flour, Chickpea Flour (Besan) , Red Chilli Powder, Salt , Ginger and Garlic in a bowl. Pour 1.5 cup of water required and whisk the batter to a smooth consistency. ( Don't make it too watery, add the water as required.)
3) Blanch the cauliflower in hot water for at least 2 minute. Drain the water and dry the cauliflower.
4) Dip them into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
5) Serve warm.
