This Salmon Curry is an easy to make and delicious 20-minute fish curry recipe. It's a healthy dinner recipe that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
500-gm fish fillet
¼ tsp salt
3 tomato
¾ cup water
3 tbsp cooking oil
3 garlic cloves
1 small onion
1 tsp chili flakes
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp roasted cumin
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions:
1. Cut the fish fillet and coat with salt
2. Blend tomato with water
3. Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil for 6-7 minutes until soft
4. Pour the tomato purée and simmer for 6 minutes
5. Add the fish fillet pieces
6. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat
7. Sprinkle roasted cumin
8. Garnish with fresh coriander
9. Ready to enjoy!
