Yummy Sujir Pitha Recipe



Ingredients:

2 cups water

½ cup jaggery

3 tbsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 cup semolina

½ cup coconut



Instructions:

1. Melt jaggery in water as you stir

2. Add sugar, salt and bring to a boil

3. Continuously stir as you add suji

4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat

5. Transfer to a place and let it cool

6. Add desiccated coconut

7. Knead into a dough then roll it out

8. Use a cookie cutter to cut out round shapes

9. Deep fry the suji until golden brown

10. Ready to enjoy!
