Tandoori fish recipe
Fish fillet 5 pcs
Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Directions:
Marinate the fish fillets with fresh tandoori masala. To prepare the tandoori masala, in a bowl add yogurt, red chilli, turmeric, garam masala and paprika. Add roasted coriander and cumin powder along with ginger and garlic paste. Add sugar, lime juice, tomato puree and few teaspoons of oil. Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Add the fish fillets and let it marinate for 5-10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, gently place the fillets and allow it cook for couple mins on each side.
Enjoy hot and serve with a salad!
