1 ½ cup ap flour

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp cooking oil

½ cup water +2 tbsp

2 tbsp cooking oil

½ cup chopped onion

2-3 green chilies

1 small tomato

1/3 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 tbsp fresh coriander


1. Prepare dough by mixing ap flour with salt, cooking oil and water

2. Knead and coat with oil and let it rest

3. In a pan, stir in onion, green chilies, tomato, salt, eggs and fresh coriander

4. Once the egg is cooked, transfer to a bowl and let it cool

5. Create 15 round sheets and fill in with the egg mixture

6. Deep fry until light golden brown
